Important Dates for Conference Registration

Closing of early and standard registrations (online) are 23:59:00 EST.

Student Forum/Poster/Demo/Abstract Paper:	Oct 8, 2021 Oct 11, 2021 (23:59 US EST)

Camera Ready Submission:	Nov 8, 2021 Nov 15, 2021 (23:59 US EST)

Conference Registration for Authors

Full papers (10-to-12 pages) are invited that describe developed work. Authors of papers reporting experimental work are encouraged to make their data and experimental results available online or via data publication. The maximum page limit is 15 pages with an extra page fee. Up to 12 pages has no extra cost but after 12 pages there would be an extra charge for $50 per page.

Poster/ Short papers (4 to 6 pages) are invited to share novel ideas that may not have been fully developed but are in progress.

Demonstration papers (4-6 pages) are also invited to demonstrate novel and interesting implementations of IHCI concepts. Presenters of both full and short papers may request a demonstration session also.

Abstract papers (1-2 pages) are considered to invite to forum discussions and doctoral students are encouraged to submit their research in progress abstracts.

How to Register for Authors to Conference Registration

Conference registration can be submitted by completing the online through invoice request email to <ihci2021.help@gmail.com>. Registration must be completed and payment received by Dec 10, 2021 as the late registration deadline. However, if you have any issue with payment process, please contact to IHCI-2021 support team <ihci2021.help@gmail.com>.

Payment Process for Authors to Conference Registration

Registration payment will be processed through “authorize.net” with the payment agent, “GlobeBit Solutions”.

You will get a receipt after your payment.

After your payment, you should email a copy of your receipt and your paper ID to < ihci2021.help@gmail.com >. We will send you a confirmation email.

Late Registration, Multi-Paper Registration or Extra Page Payment

If you have multiple accepted papers and want to pay at once,
If your paper need to pay an extra page charge ( Up to 12 pages has no extra cost but after 12 pages there would be an extra charge for $50 per page),

The IHCI-2021 support team will send you an invoice with proper amount of an extra charge or multiple paper registration fee.

On-line($100) / On-desk ($150)

This is for an attendee who has no paper presentation but want to attend all events including technical session, tutorials, workshop, other events. The registered guest attendee need to provide a proof of your payment at the onsite registration booth so that you will get a conference badge.

(3) Outreach Workshop Registration

If you want to make multiple registration in once, you may email to IHCI-2021 support team <ihci2021.help@gmail.com> with your inquiry. The IHCI-2021 support team will communicate with you and send you an invoice.

Individual registration can be done through the registration form as below button.

Outreach Workshop Registration has been open from 12/01/2021 until tickets gets sold out. (25 seats are only available for outreach workshop).
